When you do things time and time again, you can create and reinforce a habit.
Always be checking what you think is true; always be checking why you think it’s true.
It has to become automatic, almost like a tick.
Often merely checking opens the door to dismounting an entrenched meme, an unjustified conviction, beliefs that are making you worse off.
